Emma Evans Freke

Emma Evans Freke is a full time artist and screen-printer, living and working in the heart of East Sussex.

Packed with colour, and each individually hand printed, Emma’s prints tell the story of her life living in the rural countryside. From the doorstep of her studio, Emma’s inspiration is gathered from the natural abundance around her. Her dog Nettle, her chickens and garden take her on an ever evolving seasonal journey, as she traces and tracks the bursting hedgerows and woodlands, capturing these fleeting encounters through brightly printed silhouettes.
